Body Temperature, World Temperature

What is going on with body temperature? How often does it fluctuate?
I'm a little incredulous that 95° or 96° is "cool."
Also, I notice about 1 degree difference with tongue and armpit measurement.
My arms and face are hot and it's 74° inside.
The only time I get colder when inside at home or work is after a meal. Then, I've noticed that I'll get a little chilly sitting in a room that's probably 70°.::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
I won't argue low body temperature is ideal. But how can it be argued that higher body temperature is necessary? This really goes into a philosophical discussion.
Hypothyroidism is an adaptation to a diseased, listless, bloated modern world. I don't believe people choose hypothyroidism, being overweight, diabetes, etc; it's simply the most "helpful" adaptation to a world which does not support full health, or even good health. That is why so many low income people quite literally look to disease and injury as beacons of freedom from financial distress, physical pain, unreasonable responsibility, and listlessness.
I don't want to be a drag, but it's undeniable that when a low earning person simply cannot do their job or cannot physically continue meeting other life demands, their stress (in theory) is reduced. This is not an argument that helplessness is superior or desirable, only that it is in my view an objective reality that is made feasible through the various bureaucratic mazes of finance, employment, family, transportation, food, and so on.
Not to go on a diatribe, but it is disturbing that injuries and setbacks can sometimes invert good and evil. The person with a given injury might be better off with a more catastrophic one which is better covered by insurance. They might get time off during which they can actually relax without stressing about money.
The solidly middle class bourgeoisie believe the majority low income citizens are lazy and greedy for having physical health problems, untraditional relationships, mental health issues, and other things. And yet - this is exactly what this evil system has incentivized - Americans with Disabilities Act; DEI and anti-discrimination hiring; 1st Amendment liberties, etc.For Americans it is our right and privilege to be as diseased, unstable, unwell, and perverse as we can possibly be, because the system rewards it - and, cannot discriminate against us legally because of how we choose to destroy ourselves. Any workplace with an insurance plan is benefitting by bringing in the broken and feeble. I'm not sure how the financing works, but when you hear people work two part-time jobs because one gives benefits but not enough hours, you know something is broken. Companies seem to be relying on the sickness of the workers and citizens in order to survive.
It goes back to the Great Society which incentivized single mothers, welfare, food stamps, tax loopholes, drugs, etc. All worldly vices were green-lit, bringing us to the present world of techno-prostitution, extreme sexual degeneracy, virtual currency and virtual sociality.
This is nothing new here, but I find it difficult to reconcile the idea of a pro-metabolic life with an anti-metabolic world.
All of the grifters and shills on social media and elsewhere will push their nonsense about carnivore, or homesteading, or prepping, or Peating, or whatever, and all of that remains basically impossible for 99% of people without trust funds. Whatever savings people had pre-2020 is like 50% less in the post-2020 world.
What is the point of stockpiling ice for a trip to a desert island? Likewise, who is going to stockpile kerosene for their trip to Siberia? Who wants to stay warm in a lifeless frozen wasteland? Who wants to stay cool in a desert? The traveler knows they didn't choose these extreme environments; similarly, nobody today chose the extreme environments in which we find ourselves.
