So I am currently 15 since I’ve been young I didn’t like to poop as far as I can remember very young I’m talking around 5-7 I would hold my poop for as long as I can to avoid pooping I never liked the feeling and pain and it was even worse cause I would poop like once a week or every few days anyway so now I am 15 and my body doesn’t tell me to poop anymore it literally doesn’t tell me to poop I don’t shit myself I still have full control but I poop maybe 1-2x a week max and when I poop not everything comes out and I think it may be the roots of my problems I have with weight loss etc I was wondering if maybe I should do laxatives for a while to try restore my body’s natural habit and get it used to “ normal “ I can’t go for tests as of right now as my mom is very like brainwashed and she thinks there’s nothing wrong and i should just take laxatives

      My diet
      Morning fasted
Lunch Ground beef rice cooked drinks water orange juice Coca Cola
      Dinner same as lunch

Any help / recommendations is appreciated

@biogenic Sounds like low thyroid to me. How is your temp/pulse?

Have you tried cascara sagrada, activated charcoal, carrot, antibiotics etc? That could improve things but I would look into your thyroid first.
