Royal Jelly increases Lifespan in both insects and rats
-
Hello all,
I've been taking Royal Jelly for a bit of time with a lot of benefits, (it is quite expensive, so I can't buy it all the time). I've always liked Raw Honey, but Royal Jelly makes me feel a lot better. It's like comparing Nicotine to Tobacco or Caffeine to Coffee.
There has been a few studies on Royal Jelly and its effects on longevity.
According to this study, Royal Jelly increases lifespan in rats by 20% and by insects by a significant margin.
Unfortunately, there hasn't been a ton of studies on humans, but I increase a ton of benefits from taking it.
Apparently Royal Jelly has loads of amino acids and unique compounds that aren't found anywhere else in nature (can't recall the names however).
I've seen Paul Saladino discuss it recently on a podcast:
-
@TigerHealth99 what is the texture and consistency?
-
Bought a kg to try, curious how it is
-
@heyman where did you order from 1 kg must be expensive
-
@lobotomize-me 70€ is not superexpensive?
