      I’ve been having this as of late… I don’t know what to do. I don’t really have much cravings for stuff. I’m not cold or anything. I feel a bit shaky too

        Did you change anything or did change anything in your life in any of the following areas: Diet, supplements, lifestyle, sleep quality or sleep duration, major stresses in your life, new living or work environment etc? Anything that changed at all?

        For example, I once got heart palpitations and shortness of breath after I tried Vitamin K2 MK-7 (no problems at all with the MK-4 form), so it could be something seemingly small like this that has a major impact on your body,

            too little activity maybe. try a gentle walk after your first two meals of the day and adequate juice

              don't avoid getting checked out by a doctor or two. it could be a medical problem they can identify

              low appetite sucks. been struggling with it for years. if you are over the age of 21, brain developed, and tolerate weed without psychosis, that could help appetite. drinking any liquid calories and not obsessing about dietary rules as much as you can.

              any dizziness or feeling off-balance?
              do you think it could be blood sugar related?

                I would drop all supplements and eat only what i crave while trying to include orange juice, dairy and eggs, and see how that goes. rice with butter for when i crave starch.
                The vast majority of supplements cause problems. Have you tried bag breathing?
