hCG Test Strips as Potential Tumor Detectors

There was once some discussion on the old forum that relatively inexpensive hCG test strips (usually over the counter (otc) pregnancy tests) might also be used to test for some/most or possibly all cancers for both men an women. AI says that some testicular/ovarian cancers might not be detected by it:

Does anyone know what other cancers, if any, it might not be able to screen for?
