If you know anyone 6'0" or taller who has a good physique from lifting weights then you know he gets way more girls than he would were he skinny.
As someone who got injured in my late teens and couldn't train until my mid-20s I can tell you the difference is huge. Bodyfat is key as well, but girls like size. When I was a 6'3" skinny guy I got girls, but when I gained muscle and dropped to 15% BF I got WAY more attention. It's ridiculous to say anything otherwise.
Neck is key. Train neck if you're lanky.

@Arvidivs You said you were bodybuilding not for your own perception, but for the perception of other men, and that bodybuilding for the perception of women is "gay", it sounds homosexual, you can go read what you wrote again in context. Who in the "fitness industry" is a guy with a little round and childish, non masculine, undefined bone structure, and a lot of muscle disproportionate to the size of his body like Joshua, appeals to women?
Women's actions and/or statements about what they like physically are a better indicator than claims from guys with body dismorphia and bigorexia who potentially talk to women very little if at all

I do real one-arm pull-ups, front lever, muscle up, with out working out, I don't feel heavy, slow, and mediocre well being
and if bodybuilding is so positive for you, why the emotional problems,body dismorphia and potentially the rond,undefined Bone structure in the face?

I agree with your analysis of gym culture. Steroid use and health and lifespan are mutually exclusively. You’re burning the candle faster at the end to look a certain way.
To me, the most aesthetically pleasing body is one that is capable of doing the most fundamental human movements incredibly well, which are standing, walking, running, throwing, and using tools. These are the traits which evolution designed our bodies for, and so it is most rational for optimal health and function to train in relation to these things. Anything else is not in line with optimal health and well-being. Bodybuilders don’t live a long time because the lifestyle is not conducive to good health.
