Cheapest way to peat?
-
I'm a broke 18 year old and can't keep spending 7$ on Juice and Mexican Cola/Other drinks every day, what are some cheap ways i can eat peat inspired.
-
@peater Milk, rice, ground beef, potatoes, making your own gelatin broth from cows' feet, sugar, fruit when you can afford it.
-
@peater fruit, milk/dairy, carrots, coffee, eggs, oysters, liver, shellfish, etc. all very cheap if you just buy whole foods. The reason Mexican coke and freshly squeezed juices are bought is for their convenience, not the price.
-
Adding to the previous ones
-Walking outside
-Breathing work (Butyenko, Wim hof, Bag breathing, etc) -
Turning off your wi-fi router
High saturated fat snacks
Warm baths
Staying warm while sleeping/napping -
@brad What if i'm craving orange juice and sugar sodas all day?
-
@peater Try to think of creative ways to acquire those without breaking the bank. Orange juice concentrate is pretty cheap.
-
you can buy minute maid OJ concentrate for cheap
skylark frozen liver for cheap
coca cola can 24pack is ~12$ at walmart
look for bulk packages on amazon of stuff you already buy in smaller containers or bags from grocery stores
go to bulk shopping stores like costco and sam's
depending on where you live you also might be able to source high quality farm goods for cheap (eggs, produce)
You can befriend a lot of these farmers and ranchers, help them out occasionally and receive food/deals in exchange -
@The-New-Sun Skylark frozen liver is really good. I find that a quick milk bath and a quick pan-fry are both good ways to help give it a milder taste.

I add 2tsp of sugar to my water bottle.
Half gallon container in my work truck I put 1tsp salt, 1tsp potassium salt (nu-salt) and 2tsp of sugar. Keeps me alert at work and helps stave off hunger when on the road
