3.5 g bcaaLast night was day 1. About an hour after taking it I felt like I had an energy drink and was fully alert even after a long day.
I will report how I feel weekly then after 60 days get another bloodtest

It appears after doing research the flame retardants in my work uniform are hurting thyroid function. Sucks because I have to wear my uniform for safety

I'll look into this as I've been studying much more using a computer. Although I might just use a tablet Instead of a laptop.

RE: How do you incorporate sprints into your workout routine?
When I played rugby at uni in the off Season I would tape off 20-30 yards.
Sprint as hard as possible
Rest until I caught my breath
Then repeat until I couldn't do 100%
If it isn't max effort you aren't sprinting but anything below all out just pack it in. If you shoot for 3-5 bouts in the beginning you should be good to progress distance or bouts -
