any1 else have problem where they sleep late and wake early?

ideas on causes and treatments?
i used to be able to sleep 10hrs. now i cant go beyond 7-8hrs. sometimes i wake after 4-5hrs just like that no reason like nightmare, sleep apnea etc and then having trouble falling back to sleep.
it takes a while for me to sleep too, usually half hr to hr. sometimes up to 2 hrs.
maybe adhd? i cant quiet racing, spontaneous thoughts

@the-MOUSE If you feel rested when you wake up it shouldnβt really be an issue. But if you feel bad when waking up it could be due to stress hormones. Maybe eat ice cream before bed. It usually results in a good nights sleep for me.
I also find that I need less sleep when Iβm in good metabolic health.
