Is this an ok source of Vit-D and Vit-A. I’m new to peat and don’t understand his opinions on Omega-3 fish oils even if production quality is high. Also looking for good explanation of Vit-A.

@PeaterDinklage His opinion on fishoil: very bad. It is very high in PUFA, and also degradeds very quickly. (That is why it smells so bad)
As such, cod liver oil is not recommended.
Also, cod liver oil is known to be often very contaminated with pollution (e.g. dioxins). The liver is the detoxification organ, hence toxins tend accumulate in it's fat.

@Andreas thanks for swift reply. Do you have a good alternative for Vit-d and vit-A supplementation. I live in Scandinavia and need this type of supplementation.

@PeaterDinklage Vit D is very cheap, you can buy it via Amazon. Take one in MCT oil.
E.g.
VIT DFor Vitamin A I have no source, I don't take it. Dr. Peat did not recommend to take Vit A supplements. He rather recommended to eat liver once per week to get your Vit A from there.

@Andreas Thank you for your reply I will change this after your advice, very helpful.
