In the end I actually didn't go through with it due to fearmongering from my retarded doctor who would not "bless" using it for only two weeks, I know he's retarded but due to communist propaganda, I am still a tiny bit scared of using antibiotics without a doctor saying its ok.

I have been following quite a peaty diet for the last years, but I have recently noticed increased aggression and derealisation and memory loss in general. Has anyone else got experience with this.

Recently stopped eating eggs which greatly improved digestion and am now eating yoghurt with marmalade, sourdough sandwiches and coke frequently.

I keep up a good front at work and with most friends but recently it's gotten worse. I have extremely right wing political opinions and am a "frog" if that tells you anything.

Lots of glycine, L-theanine and collagen throughout day, organ meat (lamb liver) every now and then.

Going on a 12 week doxycycline course to fix acne and am hoping to resolve some other issues with this at the same time. What are the things I should know/take in order to maximise the usefulness of this antibiotic? I am going to take Vitamin K as per Danny Roddy suggestion. Is there anything else I should know or beware of going in to this from a Peat perspective?

Got into high energy state yesterday with some coffee with milk and sugar and L-Theanine. Got lots of studying done but was at 36.1 degrees Celsius. I want to know whether I can gauge whether this was genuine or adrenaline yesterday by the temperature. Generally between 36.1 and 36.9 during the day, but feel like this is really bad.

@CO3 Doctor recommended 3 months of doxycycline which seems extremely excessive. Is it not dangerous to come off them at one week?

@CO3 Do you know whether Peat mentioned Doxycycline. ZOG doctor recommended it but I'm not sure whether I'll use this. Very confused about Peat's opinion on antibiotics, could they fix other things potentially?
