Appreciate the reply, did you notice any other effects from the DHT/Andro so far? 16mg seems like a fairly large dose, what made you land at that number? I was considering starting with Andro so would be intrigued to hear any of your thoughts so far, especially that we seem to have fairly similar situations. Thanks in advance.

@Birk Thanks for the reply, I take Vit K regularly so I’m glad I’ve got that ticked off. Andro might be next logical place

@eatfan anything that lowers prolactin. Search for gyno and prolactin in the research
A dude on the retard forum said his went away using progesterone.

I have been applying about an hour before the gym, started at 8mg and titrated up to 16 mg quite quickly. Mentally felt very well in the gym and specifically after. Much more dopaminergic after the lift than usual.
It also smells incredible to me so it’s also my daily perfume. No gyno reduction noted so far from the andro.

i looked through what ray said about gyno in his interviews on bioenergetic.life. on every occasion he was asked about gyno he recommended increasing vitamin d and calcium. he said deficiency in calcium (relative to phosphate) and vitamin d increases prolactin. other than that he talks about supporting thyroid function and using coffee. he also mentioned progesterone once. he also said to use “all of the anti-aromatase supplements including aspirin”
so an anti gyno stack according to ray from his interviews would be:
-vit d
-calcium
-aromatase inhibitors (vit k, vit e, exemestane, aspirin)
-coffee
-thyroid
-progesterone -

I got pubertal gyno which I started addressing almost year ago with raloxifene. There was at best 10% improvement after single month cycle. With this method be ready for mood swings and decrease of libido. During that year I also focused on things mentioned before like thyroid, calcium, D, K, aspirin which probably contributed to my actual state which is 60% volume from last year. But in my subjective opinion I noticed bigger correction after applying dth 9mg/week +andro 9mg/week scortally for more than 2 months at this point, which I will continue.

@peatilian Just DHT? Doesn't it crash your T levels and you're obliged to take TRT?

False.
DHT has so little effect on the HPGA (Hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis) that it causes 0 recognizable testosterone production suppresion. Androsterone does not cause any HPGA suppression either.

Any lingering gyno I had was solved with progesterone and red light.

@raccoonmilk DM if you are interested in a source. The CAS number + Yandex may also do the trick.
-
@eatfan Abstain from PMO for 30 days and get back to me

Where do I get dht?
-
In a more auxialliary manner try rubbing some coocnut oil of the breast area to saturate it, I don't recomand going full androsterone since it can convert to estrogen at a rate influenced by the presence of PUFAs

Would exemestane + topical DHT work better than either of them alone?

If you have legitimate gyno there is nothing you can do to get rid of it other than surgery. Things like raloxifine only temporarily reduce size with some bad side effects, if there is no glandular development then maybe DHT etc can reduce the puffy-nes
