Real question, how many years have you been on the "Ray peat" forum, have you reached your idea of an "optimal sugar metabolism", if you haven't, how do you know what it is?
What if I tell you Ray Peat himself told me that I understand it very well, would you believe it? Or would you just say I'm lying. Ray has better judgment than to call me a moron. But I rather you take my word on it, because I just kept that exchange between him and me. I'm not using that exchange to earn bragging rights. And I prefer for observant and discerning users at RPF to gain trust in my ability to help them on the strength of my knowledge than on boasting that Ray said I'm OG. But really, I loathe many health coaches and doctors out there who do a great job marketing their services but really have little knowledge nor ability to heal their patients.
Go ahead and tell me I just made this up. That would say more about you than about me.

You said that I was right and that you were wrong to call people who pay a membership "morons", without knowing their intentions, and that you had no proof, so it was based on Assumptions, we can go next on that and you can stop rambling and projecting.
Then you wake up the next day after I simply ask you:
How long have you been on the forum, have you reached your idea of an "optimal sugar metabolism", how do you know what it is if you haven't reached it?
And suddenly meaninless attempts at criticism, name calling, and you don't answer many if any of these questions.
You prefer not to answer it, so it seems to imply that potentially no you haven't, no you don't know how to reach it, and yet you say that's what's missing in Raymond's or other people's ideas.

All I see is 2 3 people who want to legitimize their tendencies to hate and call morons people who pay a membership even if a part of these people are in sub-optimal health and or sick and wish to get better, because according to you they "support" Charlie, while being contradictory by saying that Haidut and Hans are not "morons" by paying their membership because they have a personal interest,
whereas it's obvious that even if Hans and Haidut have a potential personal interest and/or profit in paying their membership, it "support" Charlie financially as much as the other paying members, a clear non sensical double standard
