I’ve tried for many years but I cannot incorporate milk into my diet— it destroys my stomach and causes me to break out into scarring cystic acne. I was wondering what the best alternative source of protein would be.

Beef seems to be the best option, but it’s high in iron. Pork and chicken are high in PUFAs. Shellfish are high in mercury and plastics. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@drain-gang You can’t survive on non-essential amino acids alone. You need some EAAs, no?

You could try goat milk, or try find grass-fed A2 milk without any vitamin added.

Somes cleints i have make smoothie paste with cottage cheese and fruits in a mixer.

More water you add more liquid it will be.

But at some point, you will increase digestive track and see better result, try small amount.

For the acne, try sulfur soap to dry the pimple. Something people react to tryptophan and make the skin to oily and the create this situation.

            Best of luck

@Hypergenic have you tried avoiding dairy, finding a diet which doesn't upset your intestines, adding thyroid and or progesterone, and then trying dairy in small quantities of various forms?
