You won't loose weight if the brain doesn't agree (never under 80 % of your needs) or if you stress (adrenalin + cortisol).
1° Tell your brain you non longer are on dieting. 6 months minimum if you receive the right ingredients. 😉
2° Try 16/8 hours. No food after 8 PM, except water. Till 10, then 11 and finally midday. Don't do that if you suffer from glycemia (DT2).
To get the right nutrients, you'll need 2 meals + one shake.
Mind the balance between Na / K.
I'd take 1/4 tsp salt at night to avoid headache. Sodium Bicarbonate is fine.
Need more water: 2 L to get rid of toxins.

@lobotomize r u actually following ur cravings or r u doing the fuckass idol worshipping table sugar twitter goy diets since for example ur thyroid health is highly dependant on ur lymphatic drainage since loosing weight too fast will put too much strain on ur organs by releasing the stored toxins, and so it lowers metabolic rate
this is aajonus lore alotta niggas here might not like it, but its true this is why potassium makes u debloated

I feel like everyone should be consuming deep fried coconut oil french fries

@lobotomize yee but like my main question is are you eating what you're craving or are you following principles u found? since restricting ur body off of certain macronutrients can and will be casuing enough stress hormones to be released that would be causing the inflammation that drives obesity

@hwisdom When I crave cake, I add sugar to my milk. When I crave salty food, I add salt to my orange juice. Basically, I satisfy the craving through means I deem healthy
