@engineer i increased meal frequency and it mostly makes workout shakes pointless cause theres adequate energy making material but i might try the mix again for some intense cardio

@alfredoolivas im considering getting those cooked bamboo shoots that come shrink wrapped. i feel like
the canned ones might have leached alot of soluble silicon into canning water. but then again maybe the former kind are also boiled and water discarded before being packaged -

@alfredoolivas i have no idea how bioavailable it is from bamboo. haricots vert have the highest % of ingesting silicon appearing in urine after iirc 30 min or maybe it was 4 hours idk after ingesting, as well as raisins and beer. look at kevin levrone meals, in the videos ive seen the veg is usually haricots vert

@alfredoolivas the choline stabilized one chOSA shows much lower urine appearance vs dose ingested compared to many foods but i think that study might be missing something. maybe it has less urine appearance because more is being utilized in tissue. also the study mentioned the differences in urine apearance might have something to do with the time they measured it at, some forms might appear in urine at different times than they measured.
the biosil supplement is good
