This aint. This is experience based, i do all i mentionned, you said you want to fly, i dream 5/7 nights at least and fly in my dreams most nights. If you sleep in total dark, with low emf, dont drink alcohol for at least 4 to 5 days and dont over expel semen to often, with out pillow if you back or stomach sleep so your head isnt above your chest and neck, it is at same lvl or below for optimal energy flow to it, you can feel water flow to the center of your head, and you can start to get clear luminous visions while awake, and your dreams can be much differents than usual, you can experience futur foresight, receive insights that have pratical value once awake, heal from mental/physicals symptoms that lasted long period of times, and many other stuffs.
You dont have to do everything mentionned above to experience it, but they all contribute, alcohol even in tiny amount is one of the absolute worst, it can destroy all this for 3 to 5 days, i think its also at least partially related to selenium, i have suggested many people to eat foods higher in sele and/or to supplement it and many started to experience what i mentionned above to varying degree. Exposure to moonlight while sleeping can have big effect.
Sunlight and VD narratives are overblown, both can be pro calcification, both can worsen well being fertility and health. all i mentionned above tend to go away the moment sunlight rise if you dont sleep in total dark

Also recommanded daily nutrient amount for humans like 55mcg of sele daily is potentially so people can docile max, infertile max, watch news and fear max, recommanded amount for animal like cows and sheeps, even at equal body weight like a 80 kilos ram, and similar energy intake arround 3000/4000 calories is 10 times higher than in humans, this od the case for many elements. And they dont coomax for most of year beside breeding seasons, and dont get emf blasted as much

Peat also said to take it with calcium. It will directly cause an elevation in pth without presence of calcium. He actually mentioned that in the context of vit D causing poor sleep — and sure enough I was able to sleep at night taking D if I took calcium.
I read on rpf, that oral vit d messes with bile production (supplement doses), and since then I’ve used vit D in ethanol from idealabs. I even feel like it was @Mauritio if he wants to chime in (it was a long time ago).
Given most people today have had vitamin deficiencies of all kinds since birth, I’ve come to a theory: get them to peripheral tissues fastest. I have a theory that wherever you’re itching, you may have a local deficiency, and should apply some anti estrogenic vitamins there (d/e/k/a).

deficiencies symptoms often can have a tendency to manifest in extremities first
This guy and many others got bad calcification and/or electrical symptoms from milk and/or sunlight and/or VD supplementation or a mixed of it, K2 didnt solve it in his case.

I often tell people to take calcium before vitamin D . Maybe that was it. -
