Russians developed anti-serotonin drug with anxiolytic, antidepressive and nootropic properties, called Aviandr, chemical name being maritupirdine.

Turn on subtitles and translate them to English.

Translation from Russian of my dialogue with Aviandr user:
      - Aviandr was prescribed for anxiety after I had COVID. Caught it four times — different strains.
      - Describe your experience.
      - At first with Aviandr, I just didn’t care about anything at all. Like, I felt cold toward things that used to cause negative emotions. The anxiety went away. After a week, you kind of stop noticing any effect. No withdrawal.
      - You mean tolerance develops — and the anxiety comes back?
      - No, the anxiety’s gone. You just don’t think about it anymore. Like, it’s just not there, and that’s it.

@LunaticRed Too bad it has affinity for the histamine receptors and it's affinity for it's serotonin receptors is comparable to cyproheptadine. Also, if it antagonises the a2a, it would increase adrenaline.

          Fascinating. And somewhat alarming.
