Should I drink milk with sibo?

Typically your liver is already taking hits,
Calcium in the milk seems very beneficial,
But the milk slows my motility and makes my stomach bloated , irritated, My skin might break out and I get sleepy.
Ive been drinking it every day for about a week and a half, Things are sort of better?
Do I just keep drinking it? -
@gg12 I'm sure you can generate tolerance to lactose, but for me what worked was trying different brands of lactose-free milk and sticking with the one that caused less bloating. Lactose-free milk has the lactose broken down into galactose and glucose so its best if you want to consume large quantities, try to find one that has the less stuff added to it

@gg12 what @awawat said.
Also other things to try:
Goat milk;
Ultra pasteurized (UP) milk which is often labeled UHT (Ultra High Temperature) milk;
Buttermilk (tastes like unsweetened kefir)
Try whichever appeals to you and whenever you feel like having some, then work your way up.
Sweetened condensed milk is another great option.
Good luck
