Co2 Bath Dosing

Has anyone figured out what the ideal dose would be for a co2 air bath? I have been experimenting with longer co2 bath(2 hours) and notice a drop in temp/pulse the following day.

@maplesyrupbro sorry not familiar with that any more than what i heard/read on Danny s show and on the old forum. Curious how that works. Hope others will reply to this.

@16characterstwas I am going to take a few days off and then do the co2 bath again. see what happens. I will keep it to 1 hour or less next time.
