      This shit makes no sense.
I can poop basically once a day.
Ive been eating Oat bran (cooked in milk) as breakfast,
Rice and meat / broth for lunch
Rice and meat / broth for dinner. |
      Lots of raw carrots
But I think the rice is constipating me? I have basmati and cal rose rice. Also rice feels like sort of irritating to my stomach but then within like an hour or so my gut feels like super fucking clean and sterile.
The only down side is im hungry again really quickly and then the pufa damage comes back in on a empty stomach.

Also I feel like chasing sterile gut is making me not eat enough calories and therefore pufa damage starts happenign cos im starving and the issues live on.
Then I break my sterile gut chase because I get so fucking hungry and eat slop.
Then the cycle resets and SIBO never heals.

Once I can get a clean 3 meals in a day consistently and be full then I will take some sort of anti microbial but I currently do not have a full 3 clean meals a day. The only one that works is Oat Bran for breakfast. That has the least discomfort. Rice and meat in theory should be fine but I have a really hard time feeling full on that and I get blood sugar issues. I dont know what I should fuckign do. I think I need to eat more fruit........
