whats wrong with my breathing

My breathing is not normal, whenever exhale and sigh where I end up exhaling in a very specific manner, the tip of my fingers and sometimes even my toes ends up feeling a sensation of electricity, I try to replecate it but I only manage to do it accidentally, is this what bioelectricity is about, I'm I entering my john chang arc
this has been going on for like multiple months now, I suffer from some sorta sleep issue (sleep apnea ish) + have not the best health, the sensation only started to happen when I started to like recover and what not, and when I started taking aspirin properly like 1+ week ago its only then that I felt it in my toes

Had read at the old RP forum that hypothyroidism can be a cause of sleep apnea. Just something to research or consider.
