by the process of some "devious schemes" I have come into some bestbuy store credit,

I was wondering if there were any products in bestbuy that I could buy to improve my health and multiple severe mental illnesses

I have about 1.5k, was looking at a redlight therapy panel and a massage gun, I would prefer something that doesn't weight more than 5kgs since I will be traveling internationally.

would be happy to be informed of any ideas I'm overlooking

        1. Deep freezer for bulk Peaty foods (but this will blow past your weight limit)

        2. Red light panel is good

        3. High quality music can be dopaminergic but this is a whole other can of worms (check out audiosciencereview.com)

would you consider some bluetooth earbuds to be "high quality music", I plan on getting the bose qc earbuds or the sony xm6

concerned about the effects of bluetooth

@cookiemilkshake nope, not in a million years, I went through this rabbit hole before getting into Peating and the best sounding options are in fact in the $20 range and are all wired. if you need headphoneys, the xm6 aren't bad but that space is super competitive, so look at the reviews on ASR to get a better look
