I need to work but the 30 degrees make me rather inefficent / uncreative , theaverage portable air conditioner makes me sneeze non stop. What do yall do to keep cool during such hellish summers?

@lobotomize I just don’t work and lie in the sun and contemplate my life. It then gives me the vitamin D for the redemption arc caused by being lazy. Repeat every 12 months

Good dattes, ripe fruits, fresh raw milk, warming foods in the evening only, no clothes if in shade, black or dark clothes if in the sun

Not a good idea: dark color keeps the warmth, light color reflects the light and thus the warmth.
Ample clothes to keep air between the skin and the tissue.
If you can manage: a hand towel or a washcloth with one frozen cubic water, kept in an adapted small cupboard to keep frozen food. => Applied on the neck and the wrists.
