building heat tolerance
-
hey, I'm moving to asia to escape from the Zogged west,
One thing that sucks here though is the heat is suffocating almost all day between 11 am well until 5pm or so. Also my lily white skin doesn't take well to the sun.
Anyone who has experience adjusting to this kind of climate have any tips for me? I'd like to be able to do things during the day without being just depressed from the heat, and I'd like to not be too dependent on AC
Thanks

@fucker They probably have cheap coconuts or coconut water, right? I would be drinking that all day and also enjoying the fresh local fruit. Put on lots of sunscreen.
You won't have a job or anything? There's usually not a reason for most people to be outside during the day anyway unless you're a tourist, at the beach or its the weekend.

@fucker hi. where in Asia? if its SEA, It could be just humidity exaggerating the effect of heat, so a dehumidifier could work in your room.
