@Rationis-somnia nothing to fear. Caffeine is good for you, as are nicotine, alcohol and magic mushrooms. Weed is for losers but most other drugs / substances are cool to experiment with. Coffee cures cancer for example.

@Iodine Eugenics for IQ alone is dysgenic. Breeding for height, charm, chad facial structure and handsome thursday fizeek is based. Having a 100-120 iq is ideal and most people with freakishly high iqs are dorks. Don’t buy into the IQ scam. Eugenics is more than making smarter goyim.

@guts I’m on a strict routine of shoulder shrugs and lateral raises with the goal of having wider and more defined shoulders. Abs are sexy but shoulders are more important since they affect the way you look with clothes on.
