Fellow Peat-bros,
I quite often struggle with bumping into things, breaking stuff, clumsiness, poor coordination when dancing and such.
Has anyone dealt with similar issues and found a way to improve it? Whether through specific excersize, food or supplementation regimen

RE: Any idea how to lower triglycerides?
@Key-2 worth adding that from the supplements, I think that UDCA made quite a difference in terms of improved digestion and mood. When I ran out of it, it slowly worsened. Perhaps a bit underrated supplement in this sphere

Any idea how to lower triglycerides?
Few months ago I got my bloodtests done, which showed higher TG and liver enzymes. Since then I tried taurine, gelatine, UDCA, sometimes some silymarin sometimes b1, b3. The liver enzymes went down, but still slightly elevated, but TG are still higher. Any idea how to bring it down?

RE: Gamechanger “Nootropics”
@Anakin am a bit wary of MB, especially for nootropic use, Masterjohn apparently criticized it’s frequent use

RE: Thoughts on Gelatinous ejaculation
Could be inadequate hydration/ hormonal imbalance, oxidative stress/higher temperature in testicles

RE: Is sperm toxic?
Well it contains prostaglandins, which are not very peaty so to say also in rare cases it can be immunogenic, even mainstream medicine admits it. Oral/anal sex might trigger immune response, and might cause your body to create antibodies against sperm-cells, and cause infertility. But as i said, that’s pretty rare

Gamechanger “Nootropics”
What peat-adjacent supplements/foods did help you to maintain focus? I’ve tried thiamine, I drink about 8-10 cups of coffee a day, sometimes add some taurine, b-complex, but nothing that would be a huge gamechanger, my focus tends to drift away very often, which makes the studying way longer than it could be. Appreciate suggestions!
