I've only seen Peat talk about how starch can cause negative consequences aside from a few good words he had on potatoes
I can't tolerate starch at all so I decided to try going without, and I asked on here for how to get calories without but got no replies, I assume because strict starch intolerance is rare
I had a few good days when I upped my carbs a lot via more fruit and even more juice but now the good effects seem to be fading
I always get hit with a big wave of tiredness after breakfast that proceeds to get worse until night
Do I need to be supplementing something if I am having only juice/meat/fruit? (I also can't tolerate dairy)
