@yerrag Thanks for that. I guess all I can really attribute things to are food sensitivities such as grains and similar foods, as well as cow dairy. I am going to cold turkey cut out any and all PUFAs starting tomorrow, thanks for motivation
@NotShanalotte I decided to go with a non methylated B complex and some allithiamine. I'll see how it goes long term, thanks for sharing your experiences

@NotShanalotte Okay, I'll do vitamin E more often
I had a green + orange peel tea with glycine, taurine, and b vitamins alongside vitamin E but I didn't feel anything
I think I'm also gonna get objective nutrients thiamax, 4 types of b1, if anyone knows or has anything on that
Don't think thiamine hcl alone is doing much -

@NotShanalotte Hey thank you for sharing, I'm sorry to hear the issues you have and happy to hear you found some resolution
However, I should add, I have never had body temp issues like the forum
My pulse is actually almost always high, which peaters would think is good, however all my symptoms have worsened since.
Of course, you can say this is because of adrenaline, which I'm sure someone who has no idea what they are talking about will, but I don't have any other symptoms and have great body temp. Literally almost always 98+ -

Aspirin, sugar, strong b vitamin doses, don't really seem to help me that much if at all
My attempt at reintroducing dairy was a horrible failure that made everything the worst it's been in a while, mainly due to the fact that I didn't get "good" milk according to the ray peat forum (not ray peat)
Anxiety, awful hair, shortness of breath, bad sleep, etc. all been worsened as well as panic attacks coming back that I haven't had in a long time
Has anyone with real health issues and not lip filler try peating and have success for what I'm talking about?
What am I doing wrong? I avoid PUFAs, eat fruit, eggs, and meat and zero grains -
Extremely hypothyroid after gluten/wheat?
I figured I had some sort of wheat/gluten intolerance for a long time, and I know Ray Peat doesn't like grains as a source of starches, but recently I made the mistake of thinking if I got einkorn wheat and used the whole grain for flour it could be more tolerated
I had cream of wheat using this but had an awful reaction, I couldn't sleep properly, my pain was worse, and I woke up after only 5.5 hours of sleep and couldn't go back. Worse, my pulse while awake was super low (high 50s-low 60s) and my body felt very cold. I took my temp using my forehead and got 98.2 though....
After eating an apple and drinking hot green tea with B vitamins and raw honey my temps/pulse improved
I am a 20 year old male, is there anything I should do other than strictly avoid all grains?
