wouldn’t you take dopamine-enhancing substances during your free time (play) instead of work?
or a more extreme example, if a loved one died… would you try to induce a state of euphoria?
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

I’ll try to make this simple. When you stimulate your metabolic rate, it will make you feel euphoric. But what if that doesn’t relate to your current environment? There are situations that are supposed to make you feel negative emotions (or apathy)
I recall one time, I was feeling euphoric when peating. But at the same time I was sad because of something that had happened. It was weird
Peating represents youth, playfulness, and pleasure… as successful peaters will know, your mindset shifts as your metabolic state is affected. Is it a good idea if the current situation is not ideal? As in you cannot properly enjoy yourself for whatever reason (work, rejection, etc.) Or should it be reserved for leisure and relaxation?
apparently binders are useless (according to Andy Cutler)
I've talked about my predicament with heavy metal toxicity (specifically antimony). Will sauna be effective for curing this? I was also thinking of buying DMSA (which is a bit expensive). Should I go with that option instead?
I’m getting prescription glasses soon. I added the Blue Light filter option. So I would be wearing these all the time. Is this good?
@sneedful
I don’t really see much here. I’m planning on using something like DMSA to remove the antimony… if only I can convince a physician to prescribe it
I collected nail samples and sent them to IdeaLabs
Well, maybe it has nothing to do with nutrition. You might wanna get tested for toxic metals… mine is off the charts, so that can explain my issues
