I'm not sure if these glasses block out all blue light. There are these special glasses (like sunglasses or cycling glasses) with the orange lens.
But from what you are saying it seems like you get "normal" glasses, with some sort of coloration of the lense. Do you know if they block all the blue light or just partly?
If they block out all the blue light, no, I don't think it is great the wear them all the time. Or in other words, I don't think it's a good idea to try to outsmart nature. There's a reason why the spectrum of natural sunlight also contains blue light. If I had glasses like that, I would probably wear them a lot of the time inside and when I'm staring at a screen. But I would also remove them outside and would expose my eyes to some natural sunlight (if there is sunlight) every now and then. Sunlight in the morning and late afternoon has less blue light and more beneficial red/orange/yellow light.
Blue-blocking glasses are generally a good thing and I wear them for parts of the day, especially after around 8 PM. I also feel a positive effect if I wear them for an hour or so thoughout the day, like a stress-relieving effect. But I don't think it's good to block out all blue light. It's probably comparable to cortisol or estrogen. Too much is very bad, but they have a purpose in the body, so getting them to zero wouldn't be great either.
I think it's the same with blue light. Our modern environment with a lot of screens and fake light bulbs is just too much and blue-blocking glasses or filters on an electronic devices are good options to reduce the negative effects of blue light. But zero... I don't think that's optimal either.
