@TexugoDoMel
Thank you so much
Summers in this part of China are extremely hot, so I actually spent a lot of time indoors.
But it is possible that the little time I spent outside was enough to give me more sunlight
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

Potassium levels should be okay because I drink a lot of orange juice, and take potassium citrate.
Reverse t3? I'm not sure I would have to have it tested
Hi everyone
For the last two years I have had a complete normalization of blood sugar levels in the summertime, accompanied by amazing strength at the gym. I guess because my body is finally using glucose for energy.
Then the winter time comes, and my blood sugar is 2 to 3 times higher than normal. With a great loss of strength in the gym.
does anybody have an explanation for this?
is there a way to replicate this during the winter? (I can't move to the tropics right now)
Taking T4, T3, calcium, mag, potassium, vit d
The taste is horrible, and it stains everything yellow. You really want to put it in gelatin caps.
Besides the point, I might point out that I didn't feel anything, I didn't lose any weight, but I did feel horrible, while on dnp
Try 80mcg per day of clenbuterol
With 6 g per day minimum of taurine, to avoid cramping
DNP and aspirin both didn't work for me, and they both had side effects
Clenbuterol seems to work slowly, but you need to take a bunch of taurine, I actually take 6 g right after I take clen, and then more later in the day.
The cramping is very painful if you don't do so
