I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts on the Kava brand reduced acid instant coffee.
It's been reduced from a PH of 4.8 to 6.8 by the addition of potassium hydroxide.\
It's slightly more expensive than regular brands, but not that much more than the premium ones.
I've been trying to reduce the acidity in my diet to help with some stomach issues. Been doing things like baking soda in my grapefruit juice, but coffee has become a bit of an issue.
I know Peat was in favor of getting more potassium in your diet, but I haven't found much info about this particular form.
Does anyone see any issues with this?
