RE: How to quit nicotine
@zipris vit B1 and B3 both helpful. B3 for cravings and B1 because it can be depleted with nicotine usage and you’ll prob feel more energized. I was a heavy smoker and snus user and always felt tired, a B1 megadose was very noticeable. (estimating it was about 500-700mg in HCl form) Candy and gum can be helpful. I like Kopiko coffee hard candies, not the cleanest ingredients(sugar, tapioca-syrup, palm oil, coffee extract, butter, soy lecithin, caramel color, salt, natural coffee flavor) but its worth it for something like this you can just pop em in when u got cravings and they got about 20-25mg caffeine per candy. Cheap too.
If you can’t manage to quit I still recommend taking some B1, aspirin and drinking coffee daily. It’ll help ur mood and energy a lot if you’re using nicotine heavy everyday. Big emphasis on the B1!!!!! Felt so much better. Haidut has an article on progesterone to help quit smoking but no personal experience with using it for that purpose. http://haidut.me/?p=1905

RE: The Dental Care Thread
What do. It doesn’t hurt or bleed, not sensitive to temperature. Neglected teeth for a while. Depressed and crazy tobacco and nicotine consumption, cigarettes, snus, cigars.
