Let’s talk poop.

What does peat say about poop?
Countries vary wildly in poops per person per day (ppppd)
How is it I can eat the same amount of food as my 115 lb gf when I weigh 200 and yet I poop 4x as large poops as her
A quick google search says the food is broken down into co2 and expelled through the breath
That means her body is breaking down food 4x as thoroughly as me?
I think my poop smells the best when it’s black. It’s usually black when I eat a lot of red meat and raw dairy.
Is there an ideal poop?
Is there any science on this?

I think you can go to toilet one poop every week or go to toilet one poop every hour with no sleep and you will live. Look how diverse it is in Europe, and all countries continue to live. Look at German man who drives his Mercedes every day yet finds time to make 46 poops. Whereas Irish man who is too busy looking for gold in his green hills only go to toilet twice a week, both times in his church because it is very boring in there.

@incel_rapist I don't think that infographic is real

I shit 56 times a week to spite the idolator dago

I have started tracking my poop just as niggas track their temperature. I aim for at least 4 poops a day. I feel much better on days when I manage to poop 5 or 6 times. Pooping is the best shit ever.

You need to be pooping at least 2 a day to be healthy

Very good questions! I have been curious about this topic myself.
@incel_rapist This is fake, I mean just look at the numbers.
Higher metabolism means faster digestion, means more poopin'. Optimal poop number should be 2 to 4 poops a day, like one meal one poop.
@Norwegian-Mugabe Pooping 6 times a day is impressive, you must have a very high calorie count!
On poop consistency, I have been wondering if clean poop means optimal digestion and nutrient absorption. It may be, it may be not.
I mean we could potentially draw a lot of information looking at several poop parameters: texture, mass, cleanliness, smell, etc.
Same goes for urine: according to Ray, a foamy urine is a sign of liver detoxification, indicating a stress state, apparently. I have foamy urine sometimes and I discovered a potassium deficiency lately, so I wonder if it has to do with the kidney function too.I wish poop science existed. We need to go back to simpler heuristic like this: temp, pulse, poop, urine, using a magnifying glass to look at teeth, etc.
