I have not been able to digest milk fully. Self diagnosed bacterial overgrowth has always plagued my gut. Have tried all kinds of milk and mild antibiotics for curing but to no avail.

I got a severe case of diarrhea due to food poisoning last weekend. After surviving on ORS for 2 days, I finally decided to consult a doctor. He got me on a 3-5 day course of Ofloxacin-Ornidazole tablets (very strong antibiotics) 200mg/500mg twice a day. After suffering bloat and diarrhea for 2 more days, I was fully cured.

Decided to try and drink milk last 2 days. Drank a Liter of A2 and then skim milk and got no bloating, gas or any other issue. My medication course finishes today. It will be interesting to see if the intolerance returns after stopping the medicine. Regular carrots and mushrooms will be added to diet to prevent bacterial growth further.

How are your temps and pulse? In Broda Barne’s book he talks about recurring infections being a sign of hypothyroidism, so if your intolerance to dairy returns you probably have a pretty good indication of overall thyroid health.

Congrats on the success with milk. I couldn’t drink it for close to 10 years and man did I miss it!

@evan-hinkle Never kept the temps and pulse regularly. Before this medication course, everyone I drank milk, my feet became cold. Today, had a warm smooth feeling in the feet after chugging half a Liter with dinner.

Interesting testimony, keep us posted I'd be curious to know if the intolerance stays away. It actually sounds a lot like Danny's experience as well. Not sure why so many people just choose to accept food intolerance rather then search for a way to address them. The gut-thyroid connection is well known, not just in bioenergectics. The antibiotic thing is not so known though, lot of dogma in the alt health spheres push people away from antibiotics. So I guess it's something they don't think of. Or maybe they stumble upon it by accident, as in your case.

@Mulloch94 I had tried Danny/Ray's suggested mild antibiotic doses before, i.e., Penicillin or Minocycline but to no avail.

To prevent such bacterial overgrowth, I will be taking TUDCA for a couple of weeks. Also, will focus on carrots, mushrooms and milk (>1L) per day. I

@rayjeet I have had a similar experience to yours while using Augmentin for 7 days.
It has cured many of my food intolerances.

I have experimented with this method a few times, so I know for a fact that it will only last a few weeks if you don't take the steps to make it permanent, which are :

                1. clean your liver as much as possible, the antobiotics have ruined it. Cleaning the liver doesn't involve taking Milk Thistle or Artichoke, it involves preventing steatosis. You do that by heavily stimulating bile flow to remove any cholesterol blockage of the bile ducts.
TUDCA, chanca piedra, and a liver flush once a week.

                2. remove the forming candida at the same time : three cloves of raw garlic every day for at least two weeks, apple cider vinegar enema at least every two weeks.

Be mindful @rayjeet that Ofloxacin-Ornidazole may have delayed side effects.

A successful depopulation agenda requires high excess death rates, lower birth rates and for the majority to vilify those that question it.

@Santosh Thanks for posting such a detailed protocol. What do you mean by flushing the liver?

@skywxlker My digestion for milk has deteriorated a lot but is still a lot better to what it was before this round of antibiotics. Despite eating carrots and mushrooms regularly, I have not been able to keep my gut "cleansed". I felt clean and euphoric on eating/drinking food after the antibiotics. I dont know if I should do that again or what.
