    Hi all,

Long time lurker on RPF and now here but thought I'd share some nice results from my new hair regimen.

I'm a norwood 3 (approaching norwood 3 vertex) and have spent thr last few years trying bits and pieces to slow the balding (with the pipe dream of achieving regrowth).

My new regimen has given me great results with hair quality, everything has thickened up and shedding seems to be dramatically reduced. That said when I initially introduced it it seemed to induce shedding around the already dying areas by my temples (the rainforest was reduced to shrubbery by this point anyway). I also know minox and fin (which I am absolutely not recommending) often induce shedding before regrowth so I'm not sweating this.

    Its as follows...

I shampoo with organic tallow soap - unsure as to how much this is actually having an effect but its the first thing I use so I'm listing it.
    https://www.fiercenature.co.uk/collections/tallow-soaps?tw_source=google&tw_adid=663488214207&tw_campaign=20309335384&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAuYuvBhApEiwAzq_YiYHxNJoNyRVmN9r1vxbsWIrs925zhNdJsHX9EpSlvipYOiORwuJlEhoCIPUQAvD_BwE

Towel dry my hair and then soak it in a solution of...

    10drops methylene blue (idealabs),
    15 drops cyproheptadine (idealabs),
    300ml spring water,

Next up is 10 minutes with my scalp under a red light (brooder light used for chicks and reptiles) to dry the hair.

I'm doing this only once in the morning but am considering before bed also.

As mentioned my 'healthy hair' has thickened up considerably and gained a wonderfully soft texture after about a week.
I have now also swapped out the spring water and am using my magnesium bicarb/taurine water (4g mag glycinate/ 3g taurine/ 1.8l spring water) still at 300ml.

Im a few days into this and it seems to have a stronger thickening effect while retaining the softness, I can now style my hair under the red light without any product and it keeps its shape for the day, perfect for hiding the line heh.

As a rule I'm not too active on any forum but I will come back sporadically to update results/answer any potential questions. Hopefully looking to make this a staple treatment while I remove other stressors and fix my overall health and if I find time will try adding scalp massage in to hopefully find the holy regrowth grail. If I do I will provide pics.
Hope this can help a few people out!

Also if anyone might be able to recommend a better carrier or an additive to increase absorption into the scalp that would be great.

It is safe to take cypro and methylene blue together?

I have changed routine considerably since I doscovered topical glucose is used in many skincare products and Peat recommended it.

            3 grams glucose
            1 gram thiamine
            1gram niacinamide
            120mg caffeine

            topical on scalp
