Receeding gum

What are people taking for receeding gums, I notice a tiny bit on my upper gum/maxillary right central incisor

@Samyo Dr. Ellie Phillip's protocol works best for me. I know many people do not agree with what she recommends, but her protocol stopped my gums from bleeding and with the progression of gum recession. I don't use the ACT mouthwash. I swapped it out with a salt & xylitol rinse from CVS. But I do use the other mouthwashes and toothpaste that she recommends. One of her best and most informative interviews was with Patrick Timpone circa 2017. If you can find that, listen to it. She explains everything so well.
