You mean nitric oxide is in excess or is in short supply?

@bluebloodmed no! It's been there continuously on and off. Asked ray about it and he said if correcting vitamin d3, thyroid, pregnenolone doesn't work (none of this necessarily means taking those) then surgery isn't stupid
