How to get rid of sunken eyes
-
Hey, I've got sunken eyes tried vit C and caffeine serum to get rid of them but nothing work,
Any idea ?

I would also like to know, as I have chronic blueish eye bags. Good nights sleep only makes them look less blue.

"Stress and too much fat in the diet, for example, are blocking thyroid function. Sometimes the area around the eye is pigmented brown as well as being puffy. I've seen both of those corrected in just a matter of days by getting the right amount of thyroid supplement." -- from one of Ray's interviews.
You can always try other ways of improving thyroid function, but if all else fails, you should just get a thyroid supplement.

@Grothendieck Focus on sleep if its poor quality already.
No screens minimum an hour before sleeping. Don't go to bed too late. You will get naturally tired at the right time if you aren't zogging on twitter and whatnot all day. Get at least 7 hours, most people feel their best at 7-9 hours but it depends for each person.
Sunken eyes are a product of lifestyle and diet. I never knew a healthy and happy man who had sunken eyes, but ever man with sunken eyes I ever knew was considerably stressed.

Unfortunately it could be a skeletal problem - a lack of maxillary support.

@Grothendieck I used to have terrible bags under my eyes and tried everything - mixing up my exercise regimen, maximizing my sleep schedule, quit drinking entirely etc - nothing worked besides nofap, and even that took a couple back to back 90+ day streaks
