Why do I feel so lethargic with psilocybin mushrooms?

It is my second attempt with magic mushrooms. This time i tried microdosing at 0.2g and I just feel nauseous and tired, my facial muscles feel very weird and I already regret taking them. I feel exactly how i felt at 2 grams without the visual effects.
Is that happening because I'm hypothyroid? Or it's just my body not tolerating them and treating them like toxins?

@peatolish How is your gut health? Do you take them on an empty stomach or after a meal? Do you take them with a vasodilatator like nicotinic acid, aspirin, ginkgo biloba, vitamin E or chocolate?

@Appa after a meal, i tried them both with and without aspirin, i would describe my gut health as mediocre, i have crohns disease.

@peatolish a lot of people seems to have the same reaction when taken after a meal, it's better on an empty stomach
