@DavidPS So I have just tried boiling oysters in milk, which to be honest was surprisingly tasty! I haven’t noticed a rise in pulse rate or temp, but I’m thinking I probably didn’t boil long enough (less than 5 mins as it started separating). I’m going to try again tomorrow and boil longer.

@Shar_to_the_dae hello, Yes its really annoying isn't it!! I decided to take matters in my own hands, I've only ever used idealabs Tyronene and had to experiment on different doses - I was overdosing on it at one point, although I felt great but I don't think its necessary after a period of time. I've now realised its best to use smaller doses, frequently through out the day, so I have diluted two drops in approx 1 L pure water and then use a portion of this to add to my daily liquids, but only used during meals never when haven't eat for a whole & hungry. I don't feel confident to order from Mexico (mainly not wanting to loose money and not getting through to customs, I already know a family member loosing lots of money and packages that were other products) however I would consider it if necessary and now reading other peoples responses from Australia I'll definitely give it a go. With Idealabs its discrete when posted.

@MJ_LZ how did you know you were over dosing? Was it just that you were at a point where you felt better and felt the dose should be lowered? Idealabs does sound good, I just really wanted to get my hands on cynomel/cynoplus.

@Shar_to_the_dae - The issue that I have with boiling oysters in milk is the same issue that I have with fish-head soup. How does one control the dosage?
Ray Peat seemed to endorse the idea of boiling oysters in milk so I assume it works. YOu might want to try a longer boiling time (as you suggested). Another idea is to add casein to the milk.

Just received Cynoplus from Farmacia del Nino.
It took less that a month to arrive in Perth from Mexico. -
@Shar_to_the_dae I was feeling erratic and heart palpitations. IDK maybe other factors were going on at the time too so cant really remember. I'm with you on the cynoplus sounds lot more solid to use. I'm considering it too.

@MJ_LZ I started the T3 three days ago now but have noticed zero anything. My resting heart rate has dropped in fact. I’m taking 5mg twice a day with meals. When did you feel symptoms improve?
