@sushi_is_cringe I haven’t heard of these tokens but I’d be throwing it away. I’ve seen some men, particularly in my village with eyes fully black, not even white of the eyes.

@Chris2401 Aged cascara and removing a lot of starches. I’ve never found the carrot salad affective for improving bowel movements, although I make sure to have it daily.

@WendyZed I make a yoghurt cheese cake for breakfast. It’s 0 fat Greek yoghurt, eggs, honey or maple syrup, berries and either a table spoon of tapioca flour or rice starch. It’s delicious.

@lobotomize-me if you soak the oats over night in milk the gluten breaks down and it’s easier to digest.

You can take it externally also, by putting it in a bath.

I can also attribute deeper sleep to mouth tapping, it’s changed my sleep dramatically. My teeth have become healthier also.
