      Yes hello,

I feel that in these recent months that I am tired all the time and low energy. With that I require more sleep than usual, and even when I get more sleep it does not seem to be enough. I do not know what it could likely be, I am relatively healthily and keep up a workout regimen. I suspect it may be the starting's of the emergence of a hereditary illness (family has history with autoimmune disorders). But I am not sure.

      Any advice?

@retardclaus hi ray peat talked about importance of ensuring good t3 thyroid hormone levels for fixing unrefreshing sleep , high TSH (low t3) is correlated to low slow wave sleep which is needed for restful sleep
so maybe a good start is checking if your core temp is lower than 36.9 / 37 degrees celcius measured under the tongue with a thermometer 1 hour after eating in the daytime. indicating hypothyroidism that needs fixing
" Hypothyroid people have been given EEGs which show that they never can get into deep restful slow wave sleep."
