Can topical or oral progesterone help with hair loss?

I think one of the structural changes of hair loss involve a more circular forehead, with a pointier top of the skull -- the more egg shaped head. Assuming this is for men, when you take a certain amount it makes you temporarily baby faced with a smaller skull size and softer scalp. If you think of someone's bald shiny head, the scalp area is really rigid. Progesterone makes the tissue less dense and probably less fibrotic. Though I also think if you take too much it'll make your hair not as thick as it should be, because at that point you'd be opposing testosterone.

        It's certainly a better finasteride.
