Ray turned almost vegetarian towards the end of his life. He was cutting out the inflammatory proteins. I’ve noticed myself that methionine content of beef or whatever protein is in eggs has a slight inflammatory effect, but it mostly feels like a drop in blood sugar to me especially with eggs.

i really don't know what is the diet we are meant to eat anymore. i really don't. people care about stereotypes and bs and politics I just want to be healthy and have energy and thats it...
now i get blurry vision after eating after doing the whole milk for a week... literally no control over my mind or body mind constantly racing. probably my whole life been like that. just SHIT MAN. nothing works out. i really don't know how fucked my metaoblism must be now I feel CONSTANT insataible hunger... have i become insulin resistant from fkin whole milk? impending doom after eating. very confusing stuff.
its like.... why am i so confused?? is this a spiritual issue not a physical one? i literally have no energy and im throwing things around and nothing is sticking
ill eat meat. then it stops working. eat beans. then it stops working. sort of thing where you wish you would die but you dont
theres going to be so many fkin people like me in the future and 'men' here are larping as alpha males posting shit about 1000 testosterone but they don't go out into the world and make the changes that need to be made. fkin disgusting. there is something EXTREMELY sinister about this world that people need to wake up to. it literally IS spiritual warfare. i cant wrap my head around the extreme lack of energy and why i feel so bloody hungry, our food must literally be DRAINED of micronutrients....
opportunities all around me and no energy to go take them.. what a fucked load of shit

Been there man trust me. I'm still experimenting and not fully there, for me it seemed that increasing my calcium and Vitamin D has helped a lot. Also trying to reduce endotoxin, getting in binders like the carrot salad or mushrooms everyday.
Fixing nutrient deficiencies with foods like liver.
I used to not feel real, my heart would beat out of my chest and I'd get that impending doom as well as eye floaters(I still somewhat get) and feeling like I'm high or something. I still think the biggest thing that's helped has been Vitamin D and increased calcium as well as occasional liver. Make sure its a good Vitamin D supplement, Danny Roddy has an example that I bought from premier labs.
Really can't speak for you man I know it's tough but keep experimenting and try not fall into fads like I did because it will only prolong your recovery. Also try your best to not let health issues get in the way of your life.

I can confirm
I have always been on leaner skinnier side my whole life, NEVER have been fat or overweight in any way or form and I only got first facial hair on chin at age of 17
now at 22 my facial hair are still developing slowly although more than I had at start compared to others some of whom already at age 16 had full thick beards mine are very minimal
I can grow sideburns somewhat decently, they are the only part of my facial hair that are noticeably browner/darker
while my chin and moustache hair have that lighter more fizzier not as hard type of color/texture to them
my total T when I was 21 tested like 532ng/dl and total E2 29pg/ml couldn't get DHT test as for some reason Prog and DHT here are the only exceptions that cost like 60 while other hormones only under 20°
but if using the formula of 5-10% total T converting into DHT it'd mean I have around 25-50ng/dl total DHT on average probably
on the same test my Free T3/cortisol were above range too
I'm 150lbs something and 6"2 max weight I had ever was 75kg

Asians can grow beards it’s just against their culture (in Japan anyway) unless you are old.
