      https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/holland-barrett-oil-of-oregano-56mg-capsules-60006555
I want to buy this product but it says it has sunflower seed oil in it
Is this oil the same as the toxic ultraprocessed one?

Sunflower seed oil: high in PUFA yes. Not necessarily bad, just not ideal!

It could be worth (cheaper probably) to buy pure oregano oil and gelatin capsules.

Doesn't look too bad. Oregano isn't something people take regularly, so I assume you're taking it for an infection of some sort? I see nothing wrong with that product if it's being used on a limited basis.

Everyday is a little different. I'm sure the amounts of PUFA in that is microscopic by comparison to what you find even in "low-PUFA" foods.

But cutting back wherever is ideal. For future reference, I find Barlowe and Hawaii Pharm to have the most pure botanicals on the market. I don't know if either has oregano, but their the vendors I'd check first just due to their clean product standards.
