Fruit is always sprayed or unripe.

Most milks (lactose) make me feel ill.

Starch is out of the question.

I've been eating pure sugar but I don't need over 100g of fructose in a day, and it's simply too sweet.

Is there any downside to eating pure glucose syrup? Also why does it often times have other "carbohydrates" listed beside sugar?
