      Hi everyone,

For the past couple of weeks, I have been having a strange feeling in my bones (arms and legs) intermittently. It’s not pain, more like tenderness, or a very dull ache. It’s just like a hyperawareness and discomfort and I have a strong urge to add pressure to the area when it occurs so I will do jumping jacks , push-ups, etc.

Staples in diet: whole milk, coffee, collagen, beef, lamb, eggs, butter, coconut oil, sourdough bread, beans, apples, honey, brown sugar, fresh ginger, green/black tea, potatoes, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, herbs and spices in cooking. (Sometimes chicken, avocado) a few times a week I use Thorne b complex and Carlson k2.

Sleep is ok. Enough hours but inconsistent timings. Actually sometimes, that’s what prevents me from falling asleep.

I started magnesium lotion a couple of days ago, no change yet.

Can anyone help me understand what is going on? I don’t really know what to add in, cut out, or what this could possibly be related to.

      Many thanks.

Maybe drop the B and K2 for a couple of weeks just to see if anything changes.
