Few months ago I got my bloodtests done, which showed higher TG and liver enzymes. Since then I tried taurine, gelatine, UDCA, sometimes some silymarin sometimes b1, b3. The liver enzymes went down, but still slightly elevated, but TG are still higher. Any idea how to bring it down?

@Key-2 worth adding that from the supplements, I think that UDCA made quite a difference in terms of improved digestion and mood. When I ran out of it, it slowly worsened. Perhaps a bit underrated supplement in this sphere

@Key-2 High Sugar Intake: Diets high in sugar and fructose can elevate triglyceride levels.

@Key-2 This may sometimes mean problems with a proper metabolism...The human body should use cholesterol as a substrate for producing hormones.
