Yes, it is safe to drink milk after taking Albendazole Tablet. Albendazole is an antiparasitic medication used to treat various worm infections, and its absorption is enhanced when taken with a fatty meal. Milk, being a source of fat, can help improve the medication's effectiveness.

However, it's essential to follow the specific instructions provided by your healthcare provider or the medication's label. Some individuals may experience mild gastrointestinal side effects, but drinking milk should not interfere with the drug's action or cause significant adverse reactions. Always consult your doctor for personalized advice.

First, personally i would not drink milk along with a substance that claims to produce gastrointestinal effects. Milk takes long to digest and there may be a disturbance in that process if taken with that medicine.

Second, milk is notorious for reducing the effectiveness of prescription type medicines when taken together. Whether it will do so in this case is anyone's guess.

If it were myself, i would use a different fatty food to take with that medicine due to the two potential scenarios i outlined above. I would drink the milk as nutrition an hour, preferably two, after taking the pill then monitor how it feels and make adjustments.

Edit: and the instructions on the linked website say to take it with water.
